1. Types of Product Content
- News and launch coverage: Information about new products, based on official announcements and specifications.
- Explainers and comparisons: Articles comparing features, prices and use cases.
- Reviews: Our assessment of a product or service, based on research and, where possible, hands-on use.
- Tool and app guides: How-to articles explaining how to use an app or online tool safely.
We clearly indicate when an article is based on official specifications and announcements rather than hands-on testing.
2. How We Evaluate
When reviewing a product or service we consider factors that matter to readers in Kerala and India, including:
- Price and value for money in the Indian market
- Performance, build quality and reliability
- Ease of use, including language support and accessibility
- Privacy, security and data practices, especially for apps and AI tools
- After-sales service, availability and running costs
- How the product compares with close alternatives
3. Hands-On Testing
Where we have access to a product or service, we use it in real-world conditions before forming an opinion. For apps and online tools, we test the main features ourselves. When hands-on testing is not possible, we rely on official specifications, manufacturer information and credible independent sources, and we say so clearly.
4. Independence from Brands
- Brands do not approve, edit or preview our reviews before publication.
- Receiving a product for review does not guarantee positive coverage.
- Review units are returned or disclosed as required.
- We do not accept payment in exchange for a favourable review.

5. Prices and Specifications

We will not recommend apps or services that appear unsafe, misleading or that ask for unnecessary sensitive information. For services related to identity documents, banking or government schemes, we point readers only to official apps and websites.
