Kawasaki India is now working hard to get ready for the March 2024 launch of the Ninja 500. But the business hasn’t yet revealed any details that have come to light, such the precise launch date, pricing range, and other details.Last year, at the global auto show EICMA, the sports motorcycle made its formal debut. Kawasaki Ninja 500 Design
According to reports, the bike with its lightweight trellis frame will take the place of the highly advanced Ninja 400. It will include a construction akin to the model displayed at EICMA 2023, as well as some of the distinguishing styling elements from the aforementioned models.The new Kawasaki Ninja 500 features a streamlined fairing, a tiny windscreen, and split headlamps that are reminiscent of its larger siblings, the Ninja ZX-6R and Ninja ZX-10R.It has a larger engine but keeps the Ninja 400’s steel trellis frame and fuel tank. It weighs 171 kg with the tank fully loaded. The seat height is 785 mm.The Ninja 500’s 451cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine produces max torque of 42.6 Nm and 45 horsepower.
Engine and Performance
The 451cc parallel-twin engine will be the foundational powerplant of the forthcoming Ninja 500. Maximum power output from this will be 45 BHP at 9,000 rpm and 42.6 Nm at 6,000 rpm. It is the same unit that powers the Eliminator 500, for those who may not know. The bike will have more torque and a lower redline than the Ninja 400, the manufacturer has informed us.
Suspension Setup
In terms of other specifications, the 500 cc class motorcycle will have a monoshock in the rear and a telescopic fork up front.
Regarding features, the bike comes equipped with following electronics:-

- Smartphone connectivity support via RIDEOLOGY THE APP, enabling various instrument functions, including riding logs and call/notification alerts.

Customers purchasing from the breaking department will receive disc brakes on both ends. Other noteworthy features include an LCD instrument console that will provide crucial information about riding a bike, Bluetooth connectivity, a keyless ignition system, a strong horn, and a USB-C charging station.In addition to the Kawasaki Intelligent Proximity Activation Start System, a Type-C charging outlet, an assist and slipper clutch, and dual-channel ABS, the Ninja 500 comes outfitted with a TFT instrument console.The bicycle is equipped with 310mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes, telescopic front forks, and a monoshock at the back.Turn-by-turn navigation, keyless ignition, Bluetooth connectivity, and a 5.0-inch TFT display are standard features of the SE model.
2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500 Equipment
In keeping with the Ninja 500’s aggressive styling, Kawasaki has fitted it with a number of contemporary amenities. These consist of a USB Type-C connector, dual-channel ABS, LED headlights and taillights, a colour TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, an assist and slipper clutch, and the KIPASS keyless ignition system.
